As you have greater and greater self care, you have greater and greater peak performance. This is who you are. This is what you want. This is what you now experience. Some breathing in to all these wonderful suggestions and feeling them at the deepest level of your mind and body, totally receptive. Totally ready, opening up your mind, feeling that receptivity. Feeling in your heart that feeling of being open and receptive, as if your guard is down. Focus on that area around your heart right now and feel that you are truly ready to be the best version of yourself and to experience wonderful positive changes in your life. Feel almost like your heart is swelling with joy in love and its receptivity. Bring your full attention to your heart area right now and notice how great it feels. Notice a feeling of warmth and love and excitement and even gratitude for who you are and where you are in your life. Feel gratitude in your heart. Right now, feel that beautifulness. It’s a really amazing and powerful feeling and hold on to that amazing feeling and choose to bring it with you throughout the rest of your day. Or if you choose to, drift to sleep. Now I’m going to count from 1 to 3 and when I do reach the number three, you’re going to return to your full awareness or drift asleep feeling amazing and waking whenever you choose, feeling refreshed. So at 1, slowly easily and gently begin now to feel yourself coming back to your full awareness. At the count of two, wiggling your fingers and toes, wrists and ankles, coming back into your body so you can feel the sensations of your body. And 3, get ready now and opening up your eyes or ignoring me altogether right now and drifting into a wonderful deep sleep. Choosing to wake whenever you desire but if you’re waking now, feel amazing, feel excited, feel wonderful and inspired for your day and your life.
