Go ahead now and make yourself comfy. Adjust your position, wiggle a little bit. Get comfy by just starting to melt into the cushions or your surroundings knowing that it’s easy for you to relax comfortably because you’ve done it many times. It’s actually super easy for you to relax and let go because you’re a pro at it. You already know to not listen to this audio while driving a car or while operating machinery as it will put you into a very deep state, a wonderful place of relaxation. Closing your eyelids comfortably, peacefully, deeply knowing that hypnosis is very powerful. It is something that you enjoy, something that you’ve already experienced the profound benefit of so you feel a bit of excitement because you are ready for greater or more positive change in your life and you know that every time you listen to hypnosis and every time you listen to this audio you will go deeper and more relaxed. You will feel better and better. It’s easier and easier and faster and faster and you go deeper and deeper into the most wonderful state of hypnosis. You’ve already experienced this powerful tool and you’ve already seen that it does facilitate rapid change. You know that the results are highly effective and you know that with repetition you’ve experienced change to your neurotransmitters and synopses pathways. You are open. You are receptive. You are excited. Feel as if your mind is opening up just like a beautiful flower would open up its petals to the rays of the sun. Feel as if your mind or your brain is like a sponge ready to absorb and receive and feel in your heart a truth and a knowing that the deepest level of your mind and body you are ready for positive, permanent change. You know who you are. You know where you’ve been and you know where you want to go. You have great clarity now in your life. You’ve gained wisdom from your experiences of the past and they help you now to know what you want to improve upon in this present moment. You. Are excited for what tomorrow and each upcoming day brings as you implement the positive and productive healthy changes in your life that you now desire. I’d like for you right now to mentally divide your body into sections. Judt imagine, you can make this up in your head, just imagine Section 5 is the area from the very top of your head to your shoulders. 4 is from your shoulders down into just below your chest. 3 is your waist down into your hips. 2 is your thighs and knees and 1 is your calves and your shins, your ankles, feet and toes. Your body now is divided into these five sections so that you can experience a skill set for rapid relaxation. Right now just say in your mind five as you bring your attention to Section Five and you feel an extremely powerful wave of relaxation that just flows right now deeply into the cells and the muscles and the fibers of Section 5, the top of your head, your face, your cheeks, your jaw, your neck, all relaxing deeply and peacefully right now. Then as you say 4, bring your attention to section 4. The shoulders, upper back and chest. Feel the most powerful of waves of relaxation moving through every cell and every fiber every muscle every joint of your body, relaxing deeply and peacefully in section four right now. Then right now you say 3 in your mind as you go to the section in your waist, your belly, your lower back and feeling the most powerful of relaxation as it flows through this section 3. Bringing peacefulness and solitude and wonderful experience throughout the cells and the fibers and the organs of your body. Relaxing them deeply and peacefully right now and then as you say 2 right now in your mind bring your attention to your hips, in your thighs and your knees and feeling a powerful swirling of relaxation all through the cells and fibers and muscles and joints of your body in section 2. Deeply, peacefully relaxing, feeling amazing as you then say 1 and you bring your attention to your calfs, shins, ankles, feet and toes. Deeply, powerfully relaxed throughout this entire section 1 and then bringing your attention right now back up to the top of your head as you now more rapidly go through these sections and relaxing deeply and peacefully every single cell in fiber in each of these sections as you say the number of that section. So 5, relaxing deeply and peacefully every single cell in section 5. 4, relaxing deeply and peacefully every single cell in section 4. 3, relaxing deeply and peacefully every single cell in section 3. 2, relaxing deeply and peacefully every single cell in section 2 and 1 releasing and relaxing and experiencing deep relaxation in every single cell of section 1. Feel the deep wave of relaxation. Feel the deep peacefulness throughout your mind and body, feel comfort, peace of mind and deep peace within your body. Feeling peacefully calm, feeling pleasantly relaxed, knowing now that at any time, anywhere, any place, no matter where you are, no matter what you are doing, you can say five four three two one and relax your entire body from the top of your head all the way down to your toes at whatever level of relaxation you choose to experience in that moment. At bedtime you can go five four three two one and relax deeply and peacefully and choose to drift to sleep, if you’re going into a meeting you can go five four three two one and relax deeply and peacefully as you go into that meeting but relaxing in a way that you’re obviously still productive but you’re at peace. If you’re going into an important sport event or activity you can go five four three two one and relax peacefully and deeply while at the same time being alert and well aware. This is a powerful tool. If you’re ever at the doctor’s or an appointment at the hospital, any situation that you want to maintain a level of control of your mind and body and feel relaxation in your mind and body you just say five four three two one and experience that brilliant wave of relaxation, feeling ready, feeling deep, feeling good, feeling receptive, feeling open for wonderful positive change in your life. Your mind is open just as the pedals of a flower have opened up to the rays of the sun and you feel like a sponge ready to absorb and receive suggestions for positive powerful change in your life.
